Grey Bloodstone Unprocessed, Rough Stones
The mineral aggregate heliotrope also known as bloodstone, is a variety of jasper or chalcedony (which is a cryptocrystalline mixture of quartz). The "classic" bloodstone is deep green jasper with red inclusions of hematite. These stones, however, are not green jasper but are a mixture of blue-grey to translucent white chalcedony stones with red hematite inclusions. The colour combination of the stones gives awesome natural effects.

Where items are approximately spherical the size refers to their diameter. Where items are long and thin (such as crystal or blade shapes) or any other shape, then the size refers to their largest dimension. It is important to see the pictures to know exactly what the appearance is. Our pictures do not showcase the best, they are as realistic as possible and include a R1 coin to demonstrate the actual size.
The length of most of these stones ranges vary from 8-15mm.
