Payment Information

Note that card facilities are only available for online purchases and not at our office where collections can be made.
On Checkout you can select between two payment options:
1. EFT or Cash
Bank account details will be provided in your Order Confirmation email. Payment can be made via Normal EFT, Cash Deposits at ATM, Cash on Collection and TT payments (for international transfers).
These payments are not made via PayFast.
Cash Deposits via ATM are accepted. Due to high bank fees, cash deposits inside a bank branch are not accepted (or please add R50 to your total if you want to pay this way).
To avoid delays please send us proof of payment. The proof of payment email should be sent to us from your bank's email address and not from another email address.
2. Online via PayFast
PayFast offers a well-established and highly secure payment gateway (3D Secure so your bank has to send you an OTP before the payment is made).
The following payment methods are available:
Online payments by Credit & Cheque Cards, Instant EFT, QR Code Apps, numerous Shop Cards, Debit Cards and Mobicred.
Payment is instant and no proof of payment is required.
Credit and Cheque Cards: Visa and Mastercard are supported. These can also be used for international payments in which case Visa or Master Card determine the exchange rate.
The difference between Credit Cards and Debit cards is vague but provided the card has a CVV number on the back, the card will probably work.
Instant EFT: You can do an Instant EFT payment from a bank account with any of the following South African Banks:
FNB, ABSA, Standard Bank, Nedbank, Investec, TymeBank, African Bank, Bidvest.
This payment method links you to your normal internet banking but with the difference that payments are instant and no proof of payment is required.
QR Code Apps: PayFast displays the QR Code on your screen and you scan it with the app on your phone.
The following Apps can be used: SnapScan, Zapper, Capitec, Standard Bank, FNB, Nedbank, ABSA, Vodapay, RMB Pay and Spot.
Debit Cards: Maestro and Visa Electron.
Debits cards without a CVV number usually cannot be used to make online payments but PayFast allows the use of such cards from the following South African Banks:
ABSA, Standard Bank, FNB, Nedbank, Capitec Bank, Bidvest, Postbank.
You require a mobile phone on the MTN or Vodacom network.
Store Cards: A growing number of store cards can be used including RCS, Game, Makro, Builders, Jet, Edgars, Cape Union Mart, Old Khaki, Poetry, Keedo, Tread & Miller, CTM, Coricraft, VIP, Contempo, NWJ, Supa Quick.
Mobicred:
If you have a Mobicred account then you can select this payment method to receive credit and pay in installments. You will be charged interest by Mobicred so be familiar with their terms. To open a Mobicred account or to find out more go to www.mobicred.co.za
International Payments and Orders to be delivered outside South Africa
Orders delivered by us outside of South Africa will not be charged VAT. You will receive a Commercial Invoice and the original will accompany your parcel. Depending on the regulations in your country you may be required to pay import taxes and VAT to your own revenue authority. Such fees vary from country to country and from product to product. We are not responsible for the payment of these fees and they are not included in your payment to us. We supply the tariff codes of goods together with your Commercial Invoice.
- If the country in your Shipping Address has delivery charges stored in our online shop then you will receive a final Order Confirmation and can make payment.
- If the country in your Shipping Address does not have delivery charges stored in our online shop then your first Order Confirmation will show the Shipping charge as "Pending". We will manually insert the shipping charge and send you a second Order Confirmation whereafter you can make payment.
Select “EFT or Cash” payment method if you want to pay via TT (telegraphic transfer) method at your local bank. It may take a few days for your funds to reach our account. Your bank will inform you of the exchange rate used.
Select “Online Payment via PayFast” payment method if you want to pay by Credit Card or Cheque Card.
Visa and Mastercard are supported.
This will allow you make payment via PayFast but only using the Credit & Cheque Card option. Other PayFast payment methods do not support international payments.
Payment is instant and no proof of payment is required. Visa or Mastercard will determine the exchange rate.
