Bright Neon UV Paints
Paints are a bright neon colour in normal light and glow vividly under ultraviolet (UV) light.
Appearance:
Unlike many neon paints these paints have sufficient opacity and hiding power to paint walls and other surfaces with two coats.
Red and Orange have the highest visibility in dim light conditions and are often used for safety marking as they can be seen from far away in dim light conditions.
All the colours glow vividly under ultraviolet (UV) light but Red glows an orange colour appearing similar to Orange under UV light. Pink also has a similar glow colour to Orange although not exactly the same (see picture).
Applications of these paints
UV Red and UV Orange are extremely effective for safety applications in dim light areas such as mines and basement car parks.
These paint are used in entertainment venues with UV lighting which makes them glow vividly (as you can see in the pictures). They are also used for interior décor projects and artistic creations.
The colours will fade in sunlight so the paints are sold for interior application. They can be used for short-term exterior applications and will not be damaged by rain or washing. When used indoors the paints will not fade for at least 10 years except if UV light is shone onto them. UV light will cause the colours to gradually fade but the time to significant fading depends on the intensity and duration of UV light.
Keep out of reach of children
All our products should be kept out of reach of children under 5 years and anybody who may tend to place items or liquids in their mouths should be supervised. Even packing can become a choking hazard.
