Mixed Shape and Size Glitters
Description
Glitter powders that contain a variety of flake shapes including hearts, stars and circles.
The larger glitter flakes in each glitter are transparent (as opposed to normal glitter which is opaque). When applied in a clear medium over black, the large glitter flakes have strong colour-shifting effects.
Each glitter type has a dominant overall colour but they all give a multi-coloured sparkle which includes red and green colours. Beautiful in clear resin where the variety of shapes sparkle a wide range of colours.
J-Series glitters have some fine particles but a high proportion of the glitters are transparent, large flakes of 1-3mm.
L-Series glitters have predominantly fine particles but with some transparent, large flakes up to 3mm.

- Due to a high number of fine glitter particles, the L-series glitters tend to give resin a beautiful overall translucent colour (the colour of the glitter name). Within the translucent coloured resin the larger flakes can be seen sparkling a wide range of colours.
- J-series glitters tend to leave the resin clear with most of the glitter concentrated on the side that was at the bottom during casting. This settling is not an issue in thin resin layers and can even be an advantage where the underside of the casting becomes the final display side. Even in thicker layers, the clear resin still allows the settled glitter to sparkle through the body of the resin.
In both the L and J Series some of the larger 2-3mm flakes have star and heart shapes. The majority of the smaller flakes are circular.
Blue L-Series contains large dolphin shaped glitter flakes..
Yellow L-Series contains numerous maple leaf shaped glitter flakes.
All these glitters are suitable for use in resin and in many other arts and crafts applications.
