Howlite Blue Small Tumbled Stones
Howlite, a calcium borosilicate hydroxide (Ca2B5SiO9(OH)5), is a borate mineral found in evaporite deposits.
Blue Howlite is often sold as fake, much more expensive, Turquoise.
Howlite Blue does not occur naturally but is a dyed version of Howlite White.
These stones have been fully tumbled to develop a smooth polished finish.
Description of Howlite Blue
Mixed light blue and darker blue tumbled stones but with an overall lighter blue colour. These stones are opaque (have solid colour). Some of the stones have small patches of other colours.

Small stones are ideal for use in resin art.
