Availability:
- The sparkling particles cover a significant portion of the surface to create a unique glamour coat.
- The sparkling particles colours change as the object or the observer move.
- As with all sparkling products, it is best to have light shining onto the surface.
- For interior and exterior applications.
- Glitter Powder and paint base are supplied separately. Simply stir the required amount together before use and use within 24 hours.
Holographic Glitter Paint
The holographic glitter and the compatible paint base are supplied separately. Add the glitter to the paint base and stir normally. If you only use half the base then also only use half the glitter. After mixing the glitter and the base together, use within 24 hours.
For acrylic pouring, mix the glitter/base combination the same as for any of our metallic paints. See our mixing guidelines for acrylic pouring.
Appearance
- The sparkling particles are silver, but the holographic effect creates a sparkle in a wide range of colours which change as the viewing angle changes.
- The sparkling colours cover a significant portion of the surface.
- These Glamour Coat Paints are not subtle, they sparkle incredibly.
- Pictures and videos do not do these paint justice. They are far more spectacular in real life.
Glitter Max:
- This product contains the maximum number of sparkling platelets that we can get into the paint. No expense is spared in delivering the ultimate sparkle effect.
Glitter 50:
- This is a lower cost product with half the number of sparkling particles of Glitter Max. It still offers a great sparkling, colour changing effect.

Unfortunately all the video AI software think that changing colours as an error and attempts to correct it. The paint has a brighter sparkle and more distinct colour changes in real life.
Application
The holographic glitter and the compatible paint base are supplied separately. Add the glitter to the paint base and stir normally. If you only use half the base then also only use half the glitter. After mixing the glitter and the base together, use within 24 hours.
- UV resistance and weather resistance makes them suitable for Interior and exterior applications.
- For new and old surfaces, prepare and primer as per normal acrylic paints.
- Stir normally to mix the glitter and the paint base togther.
- Apply a single coat using a paintbrush over a background colour of choice.
- Wash-up paint and equipment immediately after use.
- 1 Litre paints approximately 8m2.
- For the best multi-coloured sparkle, apply these paints in places where light will shine onto them. Application onto a wall that is opposite a window gives a good effect. Normal ceiling lights are often sufficient for a great night effect, but you can also position a light to shine onto the painted surface.
- If you notice any small patches with a little less glitter, then simply use your paintbrush to dab a little more paint onto those areas.
- Also wonderful in acrylic pouring art.
