While the names indicate the most prominent colour shift colours you should also refer to the pictures. Many shades of these colours are visible when the glitter is used in or on clear resin. Note, however, that photos do not capture the colour shift or full metallic lustre of these beautiful glitters so when you receive them you will be really impressed. XXL Colour Shift Glitter Flakes in Resin

These glitters give beautiful effects in clear resin. Being of large particle size they will settle in resin if mixed in, but if sprinkled on to the surface of freshly poured resin, they float and remain on the surface. Settling is not an issue in thin resin layers such as counter tops as you won't even notice if the flakes are 1mm below the surface. Settling can be a positive aspect in a mould if the underside when casting will be the final display side. Another way to make sure the glitter flakes are on the surface of a resin casting is to use them in a final thin layer poured over the main casting. Provided the resin is clear, even glitter flakes right at the bottom of a deeper casting will still display their full effect. We don't hesitate to recommend these glitter flakes for use in clear resins.
