- Thickens Acrylic Resin up to a point that you can apply the resin to curved and vertical surfaces.
- Can be used to cast corners e.g. if making a tray and for casting hollow curved objects.

Directions
Mix the powder and liquid of the resin as normal.
Immediately after that, add small amounts of this Acrylic Resin Thickener while stirring.
Keep adding until the resin reaches the thickness that you require.
You may need about 4% thickener in other words 1kg resin may need 40g (0.04kg) of thickener.
Applications
After thickening the resin, it will not self-level. You will be able to apply it with a pallet-knife or trowel.
You could use this thickener and then apply the resin onto a vertices surface (laminating). Usually, you will put on resin then a piece of Triaxial Fabric and then more resin when laminating. The Triaxial Fabric will ensure adequate strength.
Assume you need to cast half a hollow sphere with resin (the half sphere is your mould). You can thicken resin and add glass flakes for reinforcement. You can trowel in the resin paste without it running to the lowest point. Once cured you can remove the resin from the mould and you will have a hollow half sphere made of resin.
Keep out of reach of children
All our products should be kept out of reach of children under 5 years and anybody who may tend to place items or liquids in their mouths should be supervised. Even packing can become a choking hazard.
